Sinochem Merangin Co., Ltd. was registered in Cayman on January 15th, 2008, owning 20% of the interests in Indonesia
Merangin Block.

In 2010 Sinochem Merangin facilitated its first oil field to be put into production with the production capacity of 3000 barrels per day, which lays solid ground for increasing the oil and gas reserve and output of Sinochem Group in Indonesian market.
